Our stay at the Villa Condesa was a highlight of our busy week in CDMX. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the enclosed patio and the service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were several sitting areas to enjoy aside from the rooms.

Through all seasons for over six years, we've been staying at Villa Condesa, and its charm, excellence and consistency are remarkable. Actually, the kitchen and menu variety seem to have expanded.
The courtyard is placid and lovely with tropical plants, The patio and indoor seating areas are inviting and soothing, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rooms are quiet.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel, which I can easily recommend. The rooms have everything needed for your comfort. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the TV provides Netflix and some English language channels. We had a beautiful terrace off our bedroom with 2 couches, a chair, and table. Breakfast everyday was a treat with delicious selections. I would definitely return to Villa Condesa.
